Managing Your Club
Running a successful club means keeping your members informed, your records organized, and your officer team prepared. Clubs Den provides the tools your officers need to manage the club’s day-to-day operations.
Keep Your Club Current in Clubs Den
Use your club’s Organization Tools on clubsden.lusu.ca to:
- Keep your membership roster accurate.
- Add, remove, and update club officers.
- Review pending and prospective members.
- Communicate with your members.
- Create forms and collect responses.
- Store and share important club documents.
- Prepare incoming officers to take over the club.
Keeping this information current helps LUSU recognize your official members and officers, provide club services, assess funding eligibility, and maintain continuity from year to year.
Managing Your Members
Roster Management
Your roster is your club’s official membership list. Use it to approve members, assign officer positions, track involvement, and keep your club information accurate.
Emailing Your Members
Clubs Den allows officers to send messages to club members directly from the Roster tools.
Club Tools and Training
Training
LUSU provides officer training on Clubs Den features, finances, events, bookings, communications, club management, and annual renewal.
Forms & Documents
Create forms to collect information from members and use the Documents tool to maintain an organized archive of important club files.
Preparing for the Next Officer Team
Officer Transition
A successful transition helps preserve your club’s knowledge and keeps it operating from year to year. Update officer roles, organize important documents, and give incoming officers enough time to learn their responsibilities.
Sending and Receiving Mail
Club Mail
Clubs can send and receive club-related mail through the LUSU office. Mailing information differs between the Thunder Bay and Orillia campuses.
