Club Ratification

To be approved (ratified), all clubs must meet all the following minimum requirements:

  1. Cannot be a duplicate club: See Distinctiveness Requirement section
  2. Cannot be created for a class project
  3. Have at least three officers:
    1. All officers must be current students.
    2. All officers must agree to be an officer and acknowledge that they agree to LUSU and club rules. 
  4. Meet the minimum membership requirements for your campus:
    Orillia & Barrie: 5 members (including officers)
    Thunder Bay: 10 members (including officers) 
  1. Club members must be current Lakehead students.
  2. Members must sign up at clubsden.lusu.ca
  3. Officers count towards your membership.
  4. Have a current Club Constitution. A template is provided for you here
